The Process Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous process improvement, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze equipment performance data to improve MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
Troubleshoot complex issues in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with Safety and Regulatory requirements.
Manage spare parts inventory and evaluate alternative components for cost-effectiveness and longevity.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and equipment history records.
Support equipment calibration, validation, and project execution.
Mentor and train technicians and junior engineers through hands-on guidance and development of One Point Lessons (OPLs)
SKILLS
Strong technical English communication skills
Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 5S, Fishbone Diagram, and 4M analysis.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge) is prefferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with quality standards such as FDA CFR21 and ISO 13485; experience supporting audits is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, SCADA systems, and automation (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Mitsubishi is preferred).
Self-motivated with the ability to lead maintenance improvement initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
· At least 1-2 years in industrial equipment maintenance.
· Experience work in manufacturing factory (Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/FCMG/Heavy/High tech is preferred) is a plus.
