Join our 12-month training program designed to enhance your professional expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth understanding of various departments. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to assume senior specialist roles within the company.

• Participate in onboarding and initial training sessions covering the company, its products, and internal processes.
• Gain hands-on experience by working in key departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Investment, Human Resources, Accounting, and Cinema Operations.
• Support and complete assigned tasks within each rotation.
• Actively participate in, or initiate, projects aimed at process improvement and innovation.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports at the end of each rotation period.
• Present progress and outcomes to the management team.
• Collaborate with assigned mentors and gain valuable insights from experienced leaders.
• Complete structured training in both soft skills and technical knowledge.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Recent university graduate within the past 2–3 years (preferably in Economics, Finance, or related fields).
• Graduated with distinction; candidates with strong academic achievements or outstanding extracurricular involvement are preferred.
• No prior work experience required, though previous internship experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, eager to learn, goal-oriented, and committed to long-term career development.
• Conversational English skills required; candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Willing to fully commit to the 12-month program and express a genuine interest in long-term growth with the company.
