KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate technical departments to ensure smooth plant operations and cost optimization.
• Supervise engineering activities in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation, process, and facility maintenance.
• Lead implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, GMP, OEE, JIT, and 5S practices.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, building a strong and engaged team.
• Oversee CAPEX projects, from technical specifications to installation and execution.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to maintain high standards in manufacturing excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (Priority given to graduates of University of Science and Technology, University of Technology).
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in paper and pulp manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
• Ability to think critically, take initiative, and act independently to achieve results.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.
