We are seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Systems Engineer to drive a smooth Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and ensure stable system operations. The role involves providing training and guidance to departments and end-users, handling first-level support, and configuring as well as enhancing the system.

Job Responsibilities

1. MES Implementation & Project Management

• Lead MES implementation, improvement, and alignment with business/production needs.
• Support project team, participate in meetings, and ensure successful system adoption.

2. MES Configuration & Administration

• Configure, maintain, and enhance MES modules/functions.
• Ensure system performance, master data completeness, and proper documentation.

3. System Integration & Technical Support

• Provide first-level support and troubleshoot MES-related issues.
• Integrate MES with ERP/other systems and guide on system design for efficiency.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Maintain configurations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
• Ensure knowledge continuity and training materials are updated.

5. Training & User Enablement

• Conduct training for key/end-users.
• Mentor teams and support adoption across departments.

6. Communication & Collaboration

• Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote cooperation and standardization in MES processes.

7. Health, Safety & Environment

• Implement and comply with HSE standards at workplace.

8. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools to extract insights.
• Develop dashboards/reports to support production, management, and root cause analysis.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc) / Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field; experience in manufacturing.
• Strong English, communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure in intercultural settings.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Lean Management, production management/planning, ERP, MES, Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems.
• Understanding of process & data management; skills in Power BI/SQL.
• Willingness to travel.
