JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
To determine budgets and targets to support sales department.
Marketing Executive must work closely with sales department to envelope a wholesome and realistic plan to execute for the whole year.
Marketing Executive play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
• Implement strategy
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• To oversee all digital and social media for the company
• To compile all necessary comparison of competitors information in the industry together with sales department
• Maintain an active ongoing program to provide the necessary technical support of few marketing activities, concurrently with the development of technical team to carry out this support activity
• Keep abreast of technical updates and participate with feedback on product development and research
• To be responsible for all showroom display (both office showroom as well as dealers’ showroom), this include and not limit to periodic physical checking of showroom units
• Any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time from immediate superior
Day to Day Duties:
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies if needed
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the execution of the campaigns to meet dateline and complete necessary task.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• To manage all the necessary posts and campaigns in all social media including websites update
• Create high-quality design for marketing collateral (e.g., graphics, presentation, brochures and banners)
• Editing videos/photos for posters/campaign for the company
