1. Marketing scope:
· Assist BM for ATL/BTL activities: deploy traditional/digital communication, brand activation, e-commerce, POSM implementation
· Assist BM for new product launch. Follow innovation process including internal operation, pricing, packaging & operation to market.
· Assist BM in regular report/tracking on sales/brand data & competitor activities.
· Collaborate with internal & external partners to deliver operational tasks as required.
· Actively contribute ideas in brand meetings for brand campaigns/activities.
· Regularly do consumer immersion, trade visit, competitor tracking
2. Admin tasks: supporting Brand team, Kotex on operational tasks
· Managing product sample stock, sample order/purchase, issuing PR/PO
· Register and record documents for consumer promotions with DOITs
· Process contracts and purchase orders; liquidate and proceed payment paperwork
· Check and process monthly media billing; make reconciliation when necessary
· Arrange shipments sending overseas; support customs clearance process when receiving shipments from overseas
· Manage Marketing Manager meeting agendas / Team’s travel arrangements etc. whenever required
· At least 2 years experience in FMCG. Entrance of Marketing Executive, at least 6 months.
· Good in English communication. Good project management. Detail oriented, and effectively working with across functions.
· Hunger to learn, can-do attitude & seeking for initiatives.
