Mô tả Công việc

Role Description:

  • Develop 360 marketing strategies in both ATL & BTL, manage and execute effective marketing for Vietnam market under the strategic direction to achieve successful brand performance in regarding KPIs
  • Act as the main contact point to connect with the principal MKT team. Understand the brand strategies to adapt to the local market and identify opportunities to maximize brand awareness in the Vietnam market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the long-term brand strategy and develop an annual marketing calendar that supports the brand across channels, strong in digital & brand building
  • Responsible in planning, executing the marketing implementing such as advertising/media/PR/…, monitor and control advertising, promotion budgets to ensure the budget utilised effectively. Monthly and annually report and update about actual spending and planning to finance department.
  • Manage the team members to achieve excellent performance while also liaising with and managing agencies to effectively enhance marketing performance in terms of awareness and sales growth in every campaign and on a yearly basis
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as the merchandising team, operation team, online team, etc on monthly planning, sales targets, channel activities, promotions, and more.
  • Analyse competitive activities and customer-centric behaviour in response to market changes, and promptly react to counter competitive challenges
  • Coordinate and well negotiate with landlord/partners to pursue for the media and activity location to meet marketing objective and highly accomplish outcome to campaign.
  • Responsible for marketing internal processes with approvals for smooth functioning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Relevant experience within a retail sector in 360 Marketing management
  • A university degree or higher preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant working experiences in Retail / Fashion / Cosmetics marketing preferably
  • Good track record and solid experience in building successful brands

  • Well-presented with good inter-personal and communication skill
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
