Marketing Planner Leader

1. Planning

• Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover market insights, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
• Assist in the planning of brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in the planning of brand events and activities.
• Monitor and track brand campaign performance.
• Coordinate with vendors (agencies, designers, etc.) to execute brand projects.

2. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and report on business performance regularly; collaborate with Operations teams to analyze and forecast demand, ensuring timely production plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.

3. Product Marketing & Brand Building:

• Positioning & Communication: Develop positioning strategy and communication plan to target customers, in collaboration with Brand Management, and Operations teams.
• Product/ Campaign Training: Create tools and materials for product training and implement training for retail systems and relevant departments.
• Campaign/Project Management: Participate in managing or supporting company-wide projects and campaigns as assigned, following project setup and task delegation.

4. Internal & External Stakeholder Management:

Professionally and proactively work with related parties to set up process, solve roadblocks, manage lead time and deliver projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is a strong advantage.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Leader, Marketing/Communication Specialist, Product Development, or Product Communication.

- Relevant experience in: Brand Marketing & Communication, MarketingCampaign/Project/Stakeholder Management

- Skills:

• Proficiency in office software.
• Ability to read and understand business analysis and performance reports.
• Logical & Critical Thinking.
• Can-do spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.
