Summary:

Support the implementation of marketing programs, manage budgets, documents, and administrative tasks; coordinate with internal departments and external vendors; and monitor and analyze data to prepare performance reports. This role ensures that marketing activities are executed on time, in compliance with regulations, within budget, and with optimized efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of marketing program implementation to ensure timely execution.
• Manage, process, and archive documents, contracts, and files related to marketing activities.
• Handle administrative tasks and paperwork to support budget management and program execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors/partners for effective program delivery.
• Consolidate and analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate marketing performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• From Associate's Degree to Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related major.
• At least 1 year experience in Marketing Admin/ Marketing Staff.
• Strong administrative skills with accuracy in handling paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
• Well-organized with strong file and record management abilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively across departments and with vendors.
• Analytical and reporting skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret data.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
