Create purchase orders in SAP and send to suppliers via email
Coordinate production timeline, delivery schedule, and cost with suppliers
Update order status and delivery schedules to management and related departments
Handle stock shortages/overages and coordinate with relevant departments
Manage pricing, contracts, and supplier payments
Provide necessary documents/information to suppliers
Supervise purchasing staff and assistants
Prepare reports as required and submit monthly reports to clients
At least 2 years of experience in footwear material purchasing
Proficient in English or Chinese
Good computer skills (MS Office), team management skills
