1. Check and approve bulk production swatches, ensuring they match the confirmation swatch.
2. Inspect and verify the condition of each mold style prior to mass production.
3. Conduct daily in-line monitoring to control the quality of components.
4. Review physical and chemical test results for RB/MD/TPR/UNITS to ensure compliance with the Company's standard.
5. Guide the factory in improving and refining SOPs and component quality.
6. Perform final inspections for each order and communicate the results to the shoe factory.

Work Location: Binh Duong/ Long An/ Vung Tau

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. 08 -10 plus years experience in footwear industry.

2. Able to use Microsoft office softwear professionally.

3. Strong technical expertise in the footwear and accessories industry.

4. Skilled in identifying quality issues, escalating concerns appropriately, and recommending effective solutions.

5. Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.

6. Obtained ISO 9001 , ISO18000 Internal Auditor Certificate.
