Support the implementation of engineering projects related to production improvement, machinery installation, and technology transfer. Ensure manufacturing activities run effectively on schedule, safely, and with high quality.

RESPONSIBITY:

• Participate in receiving, installing, aligning, and commissioning new machines and production lines.

• Perform AM/PM checklist to ensure good equipment/machine quality and maintain 5S standards. Mark ID/labels for machines/equipment and upload them to the system.

• Assist engineers in arranging layouts for project lines, solving PSR during project operation.

• Provide on-site technical support to operators and production staff during new product introduction or line start-up.

• Assist in analyzing machine failures, process deviations, and propose corrective actions.

• Participate in equipment evaluation, testing, and project acceptance processes.

• Improve equipment/machines to increase productivity, quality, and safety.

• Report project progress to Supervisor and Collaborate closely with Engineers to identify and resolve any technical problems.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Graduate from college or higher with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of production processes, industrial equipment, and lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen.
• Skill:  Able to use technical software as autoCAD, PLC programming, and MS Excel
• Other skill: Good teamwork and communication skills. Willing to work overtime or travel domestically if required.
