Competency and Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in: Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of procurement principles, supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
- Knowledge of the supplier market for goods related to the children's entertainment service industry or equivalent (play equipment, toys, F&B, consumables, etc.).
- Knowledge of commercial law, contracts, import/export regulations.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role (Team Lead, Manager).
- Experience working in retail or children’s entertainment services companies is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems or Procurement management systems is an advantage

- Effective Planning and Organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in English (4 skills), knowing Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software for procurement. Knowing how to use Power BI is a plus.
