· Proceed Purchase order in Raw material (fabric, sewing trims, packing trims) based on Inquiry, Inventory and Delivery date.
· Work closely with Supplier for PO# status, delivery, shipment, claim if any.
· Follow up defect/replacement fabric & sewing trims if any.
· Update material status on system and to related dept.
· Follow up and submit payment to Supplier.
· And others task assigned by Manager
· Bachelor Degree
· Fluently English/ Chinese
· Office skills, expert on Excel
· 1 - 2 years experiences in same position
· Garment Materials – T&A plan
· Work in International Environment in 1-2 years
· Communiacation skill
· Negotiation skill
· Time management skill
· Open-mined
· Teamwork
