1. Sign/re-sign sales contract with customers to implement orders follow law and regulation.
2. Provide quotations to customers to receive confirmation from customers.
3. Receive orders from customers and work with KIO for resolving problems related to orders to assure orders can be keyed in system on time.
4. Tracking color swatches to assure product follow customer standard.
5. Work with PPC/Subcontractors to confirm ETD of new order/ delay order to assuring shipping on time to customer.
6. Update changing RTD or order information from customer to work with related departments.
7. Make the packing list and other required document for the shipments
8. Work with WH/Logistic/Transportation company about shipment arrangement to assure shipping on time to customer
9. Do open order/shipping plan/customer complaint/delay/FGs stock…reports and send to team leader
10. Go to customer factories for meeting to resolve the problems if needed
11. Visit customers for the meeting in urgent and important cases, as well as periodic customer visits to strengthen customer relationships
12. Work with purchasing to tracking ETD of materials and support confirm NG materials to assure shipping to customer on time.
13. Work with QC/production to resolve urgent/delay case to product urgent order on time.
14. Implement 6S to assure working area follow 6S standard.
15. Do the other tasks following superior assignment
