Merchandising Manager (Manufacturing/ Garment)

Order Management:

• Receive and process orders from the sales department.
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure orders are managed and deployed efficiently.
• Source and procure necessary raw materials to fulfill orders.
• Balance and prioritize orders based on production capacity and deadlines.

Team Management:

• Evaluate the team’s workload and assign tasks based on members' abilities, expertise, and experience.
• Monitor daily team activities and provide operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.

Development and Production Oversight:

• Review development schedules and coordinate with developers to obtain samples for one-time approval before bulk production.
• Cross-check cost data related to production and ensure accuracy.

Cost Management:

• Assemble and calculate costs for athletic goods.
• Discuss remaining resources with the team and implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
• Ensure customer feedback is used to improve product quality and service.
