1. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and updating the goods allocation plan:
Receive and handle the annual master plan.
Analyze merchandise demand and develop allocation plans to arrange the movement of goods to company warehouses or customer locations.
Coordinate with assigned suppliers and negotiate on any arising issues.
Regularly and promptly update information on goods, inventory, consumption trends, market fluctuations, and socio-economic conditions to propose appropriate solutions.
Create purchase orders in the SAP system.
Update shipment information and schedule adjustments with the Documentation Department.
2. Execute procurement and utilization of logistics services:
Identify and negotiate with suppliers for transportation services.
Consolidate transportation service information, conduct tendering, analyze results, and recommend suitable suppliers.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize transportation costs.
Forecast risks that could affect costs and operations, and report to superiors for timely resolutions.
Manage service providers and evaluate their performance quarterly.
Ensure timely purchase of goods insurance.
3. Oversee team management and development:
Supervise and guide the assigned team in achieving operational goals and professional growth.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD

1. Proficient in Office Software (especially Excel), with priority given to candidates experienced in ERP/SAP systems.
2. Language Proficiency:
English: TOEIC ≥ 800 or IELTS 6.5.

Certificate in Import-Export & Logistics Operations.
FIATA Minimum Standards (FMS) Certificate.
Incoterms Certification: Negotiation and Contracting for Transportation.
Certificate in Warehouse & Logistics Management / Risk Management in Logistics.
