Communicate with customers, track customer feedback and take care of customers

Develop samples according to customer requirements

Work with technical departments and processes to perform sample sewing

Receive order information and quote for customers

Ordering NPL serving for SMS and manufacturing order

Negotiation of product / goods quantity and delivery time

Make payments to the provider

Deal with supply / production issues when they arise

Report on order

Guide new employees

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Have experience in the same position for 2-5 years or more
Have knowledge and skills in office informatics: Excel, Worlk, Outlook Mail, Paint,….
Communication skills, persuasion and negotiation (with customers, with superiors, with colleagues)
