As an Operational Accounting Intern, you will support Springer Capital’s finance and operations teams with day-to-day accounting tasks, process improvements, and recordkeeping. This role will give you hands-on exposure to how accounting interacts with operations in a growing global company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Support supervisors in preparing and maintaining financial records.
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows.
Collaborate across finance, HR, and operations teams on cross-functional projects.
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; prior accounting coursework or experience preferred.
