PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare plans and budgets for the country operations functions so that it has sufficient resources to achieve its agreed objectives.
- Direct and control the operation resources across the region so that the country is able to achieve its commitment in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Plan and direct the development and maintenance of the operations facilities so that output and quality objectives are achieved safely, within the budgets as agreed with the regional team.
- Implement Operational strategies to ensure the business delivers the Product Service Offerings (PSOs) in full and on time.
- Identifying, prioritising and implementing productivity improvements in all areas of operations.
- Manage a safe system of work meeting The Group policy and standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Implement and sustain behavioral safety programme approach to process operations.
- Responsibility for CR360 data reporting and Accountability for Country to plan and perform self-audit of key utility figures period the annual CR360 activities.
- Responsibility for incident reporting and investigation in operation area
- Collaborate with SHEQ to ensure input and alignment to industry bodies eg EIGA,CGA, AIGA.
- Provide leadership to the country operations organisation.
- Ensure that development of local customer relationships and contractual understanding is managed effectively.
- Manage the operating cost base and capital expenditure to achieve performance targets and seek continuous improvement through the productivity programmes.
- Ensure that material procurement and control processes are consistent with Company standards for corporate governance.
- To take up other responsibilities that are assigned by the Managing Director of the Company from time to time.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department Manager

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS (FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL)
- Conflict management experience.
- Good grasp of and ability to apply production management, supply chain and distribution concepts and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills..
- Understanding of the systems and processes used in multinational company
- Change Management capabilities.
- Demonstrated engineering capability.
- Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviours from staff at various levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Technichtion, business administration major,…is preferred.
- Experience working in multinational company a plus.
- At least 5 years of working experience in management.
- An understanding of safety or firefighting practices is preferred.
- Ability to express in English is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable; decisive; strong commitment to security job; self-disciplined.
- Able to work in a company with different nationalities and cross functional teams
