Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead digital advertising strategies to maximize ROI and support business growth across healthcare and medical service lines.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
Optimize budget allocation to achieve the highest return on ad spend.
Track performance metrics, provide insights, and implement optimization plans.
Work with creative/content teams to develop high-performing campaign assets.
Oversee tracking setup, attribution, pixel implementation, and data quality.
Develop strategies for scaling, remarketing, and full-funnel optimization.
4–6 years of digital performance marketing experience.
Proficient in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data dashboards.
Experience supervising a small team is a plus.
Industry experience in healthcare or regulated sectors is a strong advantage.
