You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard AQL 2859-1, relevant industries and products, ISO 9000 and national).
Handle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ procedures
Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
Review client’s specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other offices
Collect all necessary inspection material and/or information and forward to Inspectors (i.e. packaging, approval sample etc.)
Schedule inspections and arrange logistics
Issue Inspection Certificates
Input and update data in Tracking System
File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies
Control approved / inspector samples and inspection equipment
Follow up the customer’s Debt
Report the revenue in month to Finance
Report the monthly working schedule of PSI team to People/HR team
Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in coordinating office or administrative functions
Familiarity with Textile, Garment, Footwear, or Hardline goods is preferred
Knowledge of Standard AQL 2859-1, ISO 9000, or other relevant national/international quality standards is an advantage
Good English communication skills
Result and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skills
A proactive team player who can also work independently and perform well under pressure in challenging projects and tight deadlines
