The Printed Sample Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by focusing on printed samples. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in all aspects of the prepress and press processes, including graphic art, cylinder making, and printing operations. This individual will be a key coordinator, providing technical guidance and support to production teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive printing excellence and achieve optimal print results.

• Quality Control and Standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong focus on rotogravure printing.

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end printing process, including prepress, cylinder making, and press operations.

• Thorough knowledge of prepress workflow, color separation, and trapping.

• Extensive experience in cylinder engraving and quality control in prepress.

• Excellent color evaluation and matching skills, with the ability to detect and correct color deviations.

• Comprehensive understanding of gravure printing capabilities and gravure ink technology.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to train and mentor team members.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
