l Setup and establish process condition for SMT production line.
l Analyse the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
l Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
l Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
l Facilitate to solve the problems of SMT production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
l Discuss SMT equipment and process-related technical issues with customers
l FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.
l SMT process engineer
l English skill is a must (TOEIC 600 ~, or IELTS equivalent certificate)
l Bachelor degree and above
l MS Office (Excel, PPT, word)
l Proficient Use in CAD (2D/3D)
Onsite interview (face to face)
