Job Summary

Lead the development and maintenance of quality systems, set standards, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements in lithium-ion battery production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality System Management
   • Establish and maintain quality system standards and ensure compliance.
   • Oversee execution of quality processes.
2. Quality Improvement
   • Monitor quality performance and lead improvement initiatives.
   • Lead or co-lead investigations into quality incidents and verify corrective actions.
3. Data Analysis & Leadership
   • Lead data analysis to drive quality enhancements.
   • Coach and support team members to build capabilities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Chemistry, or Material Analysis.
• Experience: 2+ years in lithium-ion battery manufacturing preferred. Proficient in quality tools for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing); strong spoken English preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Other: Willingness to travel frequently.
