Supplier Management & Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on project-specific requirements for items productions and creative agencies for Marketing activities.
Request and compare quotations from at least 2–3 suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
Evaluate supplier performance on pricing, quality, responsiveness, and adherence to timelines.
Maintain a supplier performance tracking system for ongoing analysis and improvement.
Procurement Operations
Collaborate with internal teams to gather clear requirements, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Organize briefing sessions with internal teams and suppliers, acting as a key facilitator to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Actively monitor progress and control execution timeline, escalating any delays or misalignment from either party.
Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in compliance with company policies.
Track contract execution and ensure completion in accordance with agreed terms.
Cost Management & Reporting
Consolidate orders to achieve economies of scale and negotiate volume discounts.
Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost breakdowns and comparison, supplier and internal team performance, item and service rate card
Analyze the efficiency of procurement cycles, including internal request compliance and supplier response times.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all procurement activities follow company policy, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Mitigate risks by evaluating supplier reliability and delivery performance, and managing contractual obligations.
Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues such as quality disputes or delivery delays, ensuring accountability from all sides.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Experience
3–4 years of experience in end-to-end procurement, preferably for marketing, retail, or promotional materials.
Experience working with multiple suppliers and internal teams under tight deadlines.
Experience working for Marketing agencies is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Excellent coordination and timeline control across departments and vendors.
Analytical skills to evaluate quotations, supplier performance, and internal process gaps.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
