1.Product Strategy and Planning:
- Learn and analyze documents (English, Vietnamese) on technology development trends for consumer audio and home audio products in Vietnamese and world markets.
- Collaborate with the execution team to define and align product development strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on market insights and company goals.
2.Product Ideation and Conceptualization:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into viable product prototypes.
- Evaluate and prioritize product concepts based on feasibility, market demand, and strategic alignment.
3.Project Management:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products to market.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.
4.Market Launch:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Develop advertising & promotion plan, creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising, promotion and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Manage content, specs, saleskit and updates for customer and internal touch points, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
- Develop communication training materials about products.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Product Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or brand & product marketing positions.
- Documenting, reporting and presentation skill, SQL or power BI is avantage.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce, and social media advertising.
- Strong research and data synthesis skills.
- Experience working in the audio, electronics, and Cross Border Seller industries is an advantage.
