Product Development:
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives.
- Create a roadmap that prioritizes and optimally sequences product features to enhance the performance of products in charge.
- Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition of our platform.
- Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects.
- Drive the adoption and onboarding of products, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure they are engaged and successful.
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Leverage data analytics and insights to understand user behavior and trends in consumer digital products.
- Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designers, and analysts, to grow adoption of the platform as well as performance overall.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
- Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the voice of the product and fostering collaboration for mutual success.
The Must-Haves:
- 4-5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in analytics, AI/ML, preferably in edtech or ecommerce.
- Have experience building and managing mass-scale products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and translating data into actionable growth strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement AI/ML solutions in a commercial environment.
- Adept at engaging with technical teams and leveraging technologies for practical business applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Passionate about driving impact through enhancing team productivity
The Good-to-Haves
- Familiarity with education tech or ecommerce platforms and the ability to drive product differentiation through personalisation and predictive insights.
- A track record of managing and delivering projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.

Attractive Salary: 45,000,000 VND – 65,000,000 VND/month
Performance Bonuses: Up to 8.000.000đ of monthly salary based on KPIs and product success contributions.

13th-Month Salary
Flexible Hours: Work-life balance support (core hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
