Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze performance metrics using basic statistical and process control methods to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility and equipment capacity, quality, and cost. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making by process owners and superiors.
Process & Equipment Optimization: Participate in research and improvement initiatives for machinery, equipment, and production processes with a focus on automation and lean manufacturing. Aim to enhance productivity, improve quality, and reduce defects and costs.
Production System Support: Support the operation of production systems such as PMS, Operator Portal, EWS, and WIP to ensure data accuracy and optimize costs, resources, and manpower.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions that enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of critical equipment.
Improvement Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy, monitor, and measure improvement activities. Ensure alignment and synchronization across departments, and report obstacles promptly for cross-functional support.
Team Supervision (if applicable): Oversee and verify the performance of subordinates, and conduct evaluations based on key performance indicators such as study accuracy, timeliness, attendance, and discipline.
Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

University Degree in Engineering field.
At least 02 years of experiences in related jobs
Good in reading, writing English.
Good reporting skills.
Good communication, leadership, listening and interpersonal, presentation skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Effective problem solving, analytical skills.
