Position: Production Manager

• Responsible to oversee daily operations at workshop &/ office
• Manage a team of production staff, provide guidance and support
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation processes are in place
• Monitor and analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g project managers, commercial manager, clients, subcontractors, HR etc) to ensure operational excellence.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures in the industry.
• Required English writing and speaking as mandatory.
