Production Planning Manager

Lead the planning function for make-to-order production, translating order forecasts into executable production schedules

Align production plans with available capacity, labor, material supply, and warehouse space

Monitor daily progress and adjust plans in response to operational changes or constraints

Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources (sales orders, production, inventory, labor) to make informed decisions

Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, PMC teams to ensure end-to-end alignment

Anticipate potential bottlenecks or risks and propose effective mitigation strategies

Build planning tools, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support continuous improvement

Manage and mentor the planning team to ensure high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience leading in production or supply planning, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong logic and critical thinking skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and forecasting

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel (or other planning tools)

Assertive communicator with the ability to lead discussions and drive alignment across departments

Results-driven with a structured, proactive mindset.
