Ensure master planning from beginning to end process for Order running smoothly and timely. 
Raise problem & Propose solution to get alignment among team. Need more thinking about strategy.
To provide priorities to Manufacturing and Packaging to meet customer demands.
To monitor open work order start dates and provide management status on overdue quantities in Manufacturing.
Scheduling production and work on ERP.
Keep track of step-by-step production ensuring all parts delivery on time.
Sorting out priority items of products.
Follow work order and cascading to Production team.
Consolidate and track Assembly Build productivity products.
Effective decision-making skills as it relates to providing direction to the manufacturing floor and assigning priorities to meet target orders.
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams (QA, QC and Purchasing) with minimal direction.
Finding out root cause when Production team is out of Target and action plan.
Following and tracking NG products ensuring rework on time.

Having working experience in a production planning environment.
Strong confident voice.
Using ERP system experiences.
Ability to professionally work within a production team to ensure on time delivery.
Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
Intermediate at English.
Ability to effectively mentor co-workers.
Confident in planning manufacturing environment.
Utilize the Manufacturing tools & Method such as LEAN Manufacturing Theory, Cost management.
