Provide administrative support to sales/ project team and laboratory operations including:
Overall processing of orders from customers: quotation, order creation, handover, follow up and payment;
Calculating quotation prices and tracking quotations;
Communicating and coordinating with customers, inspectors, company personnel, subcontractors and partners for project handling and related travel arrangements;
Scheduling technical and human resources based on project requirements;
Welcoming and taking care of visitors and customers at company facility;
Registering samples under relevant orders;
Supporting engineers by creating or checking draft technical reports;
Maintaining documents of quality management system (QMS) of laboratory, ensuring that QMS rules are well followed, and providing administrative support to internal and external audits;
Managing in-out correspondences/ calls, stationery and office equipment;
Handling petty cash, preparing cash advance, and processing payments for suppliers and subcontractors;
Communicating with suppliers and coordinating and supervising their activities;
Assisting HR activities such as welcoming new hired employees and taking part in organizing birthday celebrations, team building activities and other company events;
Doing document translation or interpreting on requirement;
Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

College/ University Degree in business administration or similar
Good command of spoken and written English
At least 2 years working experience in administrative/ office management
Experience in the role of B2B customer services or project management
Experience related to industrial or technical fields (electrical, chemical, physical or mechanical)
