Mô tả Công việc

  1. Product Ownership – eOffice System

  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for eOffice, ensuring it meets business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth implementation.

  • Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and development teams to enhance user experience, automation, and integration with other systems.

  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful implementation and usage of eOffice.

  1. Project Management – Digital Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead small-to-medium digital transformation projects that optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Risk, and Business Units to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Identify challenges and risks, proactively mitigating issues to ensure project success.

  • Track KPIs and project impact, ensuring alignment with the firm’s digital transformation strategy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 5-7 years of working experience, preferably in banking, finance, or enterprise systems. 

  • Decent experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership. 

  • Exposure to document management systems or workflow automation is a plus. 

  • Able to influence and align stakeholders across different departments. 

  • Identifies and mitigates risks and roadblocks before they escalate. 

  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities, regulations, or business requirements. 

  • Understands business process automation, workflow systems, and enterprise IT solutions. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Takes responsibility for system performance, project outcomes, and user adoption. 

  • Proficiency in English (reading and writing required; speaking and listening are optional).
