• Work with Site - Supervisor team to implement projects and manage the overall implementation.
• Control all resources to ensure effective implementation of projects and always comply with safety principles through monitoring, checking, supervising progress, quality, costs of work items, completing acceptance, handover and final settlement of works.
• Build and develop a Project team through training in soft skills.
• Maintain good relationships with Investors, Supervisor Consultants and customers.
• Work with the Board of Directors to develop strategies and business orientation of the company.
• Other tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview

• Male, 40 years old or older.
• Graduated from University with major in engineering, priority given to Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager of large projects.
• 5 years of experience supervising Grade I projects.
• Ability to communicate and guide subordinates. Ability to establish good relationships and motivation.
• Understand regulations on construction and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Autocad, Project…
• English: read technical documents in English and exchange basic communication.
• Honest, responsible and careful in work.
• Withstand the strength of work and project progress.
