• Sales visits for Japanese customer or oversea customer
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business of unit sales and kitchen project
• Maintaining accurate records about sales meeting with customer
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance all the time
• Negotiating contracts and price between customer
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Reporting all meeting contents of kitchen project to Project Manager.
• Making and submission quotation and contract for kitchen project and unit sales.
• Follow up about payment of kitchen project and unit sales.
• Reporting Activity of weekly to sales assistant mgr.
• Follow the instructions of supervisor and manager.
• Preparation of documents concerning sales.
• Understanding Japanese kitchen and lay-out.
• When problems concerning unit sales arise, you must always discuss and resolve with the General Director or Dept manager.
• Operation of PDCA from Dept manager’s request.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments etc.…)
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
• Continually advance our product knowledge to client.
• Must follow company’s policies and guidelines always.
• Information on sales prospects should be reported to department managers as precisely and accurately as possible.
• English and Japanese is a must.
• University/College graduated.
• Can work in night shift when neccessary.
• Experience in related industries is a plus.
• Good attitude.
