Baosteel is seeking a Purchasing Specialist with:

· Prepare purchasing contracts, negotiate Terms and Conditions with suppliers;

· Source, select and evaluate suppliers for packaging materials and services;

· Negotiate and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers;

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Warehouse, QA/QC) to manage purchasing needs and resolve issues;

· Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.

· Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier performance.

· Track and process warranty claims, manage shipment and internal transfer of warranty parts and defect items.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.

· At least 2 years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company, preferably in the packaging industry.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software (ERP is a plus).

· Experience in International Purchasing is a plus.

· Good at English, Chinese speaking is a plus.

· Willing to work in Long An and attend initial training in Binh Duong for 3 to 5 months.
