II. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Skills
o Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop QA teams to meet quality
and compliance standards.
o Strategic Planning: Expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance strategies that
align with business objectives.
o Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and
optimize quality control procedures.
o Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting,
training, and cross-department collaboration.
o Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to assess root causes, develop corrective
actions, and prevent recurrences.
o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple quality projects simultaneously, ensuring
deadlines and quality standards are met.
o Change Management: Skilled in leading quality improvement initiatives and change
implementation across departments.
o Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and generating insightful
reports for management review.
o Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for
documentation, analysis, and reporting.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
Experience in the plastic industry is a strong advantage.
