Be responsible for ISO 9001 certification in Vietnam, including annual audits and triennial re-certifications.
Plan and execute internal audits, prepare for and support external quality audits.
Manage customer claims and handle quality complaints effectively.
Monitor product yield and ensure quality control from in-coming to out-going processes.
Continuously improve workflows, policies, and procedures to align with estron’s strategic goals.
Lead and train internal auditors, promote company wide quality awareness.
Support and maintain the D4 platform management system in the role of editor.
Coordinate closely with the Denmark office to ensure quality alignment and communication.
Manage calibration activities and evaluate measuring methods.
Serve on the Vietnam Management Team and contribute to strategic quality initiatives.

At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of maintaining ISO 9001 certification and leading internal audits.
Strong knowledge of quality systems (especially ISO 9001) and internal audit methodology.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Experienced in using PDCA or other continuous improvement tools.
Proficient in managing digital quality systems (D4, DCS, ...or equivalent).
Ability to coordinate across departments and with international teams.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Able to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, auditors.
