QA/QC Supervisor

• Supervise and manage the QC team to ensure product quality in women’s sweaters and knitwear.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet company standards and buyer requirements.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.

• Identify quality issues, provide solutions, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.

• Prepare QC reports and communicate with management and customers.

• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customers’ specifications.

• Train and support QC staff to improve technical knowledge and inspection skills.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and buyers – Chinese communication is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the garment industry, especially sweaters/knitwear for women.

• Strong knowledge of garment inspection, knitwear production, and quality standards.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).

• Chinese language skills (Mandarin) are an advantage.

• Experience with international brands is a plus.
