Follow sampling and testing procedures according to the process.
Perform sample analysis throughout the production process to maintain quality control. Record sample analysis results in the department logbook as well as enter into electronic files.
Calibrate and maintain all laboratory equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy of results.
Perform quality inspection, assessment, audit according to regulations (daily, weekly and monthly).
Study and lead a Pillar of the VPO system: Quality/Safety/Maintenance/Logistic.
Monitor, update and write documents for the current work area: Physical chemistry/ microbiology/ Input material control/ sensory.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Fermentation Science or related majors.
Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques; Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.
Understanding of the brewing and packaging process, HACCP and Good Manufacturing practices for food manufacturing a plus.
Good understanding of quality assurance/ quality control and problem solving skills and to troubleshoot any beer related issues.
Good English reading and writing skills; Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Solid interpersonal skills, team orientation, communication and administration skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.
Ability to follow detailed instructions/ procedures, multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Analytical ability to gather, summarize data to find solutions to various administrative problems and prepare reports.
