1. Inspect the quality of the finished product in the shoe factories, and the outsole, midsole, footbed from the component suppliers.
2. Ensure that the factory proceeds with production based on the CFMed sample or CFMed Swatch by confirming the mass-production materials.
3. Follow up with the factory to verify that all raw materials have a passing test report before starting mass production.
4. Check and approve the first pair of production samples to proceed with mass production.
5. Perform inline quality checks to identify any major defects promptly and collaborate with the factory to address the issues.
6. Collaborate with the factory to complete the K3 and K4 trial, follow up with the factory to obtain timely results from finished shoe testing and issue the K4 report to the factory accordingly.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA footwear Auditor in a Brand or 5 years of experience working in a footwear manufacturing factory.

2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Communication Tools. 

3. Experience in shoe making process from cutting to assembly. 

4. Able to work with the shoe factory and sole suppliers to discuss and solve the issue in time.

5. Good communication skills.
