· Coach and Supervise Area. Ensure operator TPM standardized work is available and being executed accordingly.
· Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives are met through following standardized work.
· Monitor and optimize workplace organization. Re-arrange job/resource among area management - Line Balancing. Manage & control attendance daily.
· Engage stakeholders (ME, QE) in line balance activities.
· Ensure updated JES/SOS are in place.
· Ensure safety risk assessment and operation. Layered audits daily.
· Be the second responder. Escalation issues/ Feedback/ Feedforward/Cross function or area working/meeting.
· Coaching for problem Solving process . Initiate/Participate in Problem solving process.
· Drive for Continuous improvements.
· Build and assess TL/TM capability and competency. TMs Performance management and personnel development plan.
· Manage performance for the team including KPI assessments. Communication to team members and team leaders.
