Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications by maintaining and managing systems such as HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, and BRC. This role involves overseeing certification processes, conducting audits, training employees, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards in all operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Certification Management
Maintain and oversee certifications, including HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, and BRC.
Implement supplier questionnaires in line with buyer requirements.
Collect and manage records and test results to comply with certification standards.
Review contracts with certification issuers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. System Maintenance and Updates
Monitor and update all records associated with maintaining certifications.
Train employees on food safety practices and certification requirements.
Create and review daily forms for compliance tracking.
3. Inspection and Auditing
Conduct daily inspections of factory and company premises to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform cleaning inspections and ensure relevant departments comply with findings.
Calibrate equipment and recommend new purchases as needed.
Plan and execute periodic maintenance for machines and equipment.
4. Internal and External Audits
Conduct internal assessments for compliance with quality certifications.
Liaise with external auditors during evaluations.
Manage traceability processes for all containers shipped from the factory.
5. Customer Relations and Issue Resolution
Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Coordinate and support departments during customer-required assessments.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Quality Management).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food manufacturing.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, and BRC standards.
Proficient in record management and compliance systems.
Familiarity with equipment calibration and maintenance procedures.
Abilities and Characteristics
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication and training capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional Certification
Certifications in HACCP or other relevant quality systems are a plus.
Working Conditions
Factory environment with routine inspections and audits.
May require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or during audits.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during inspections and audits.
Capability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with minimal breaks.
