* Job Purpose:

- Be responsible for the Design-to-Cost (DTC) and Alternative Component Approval (ACA) activities.

* Job Duties:

Implement Design-to-Cost (DTC), analyze the product specification, BOM, and circuit diagram to get more DTC ideas, and change or re-design the product if needed. Ensure the DTC project is completed on schedule.
Implement Alternative Component Approval (ACA), check and replace the shortage and EOL components in current products.
Circuit analysis, testing, debugging, and evaluation to ensure the product meets specifications after changing new components.
Do a Competitive Product Teardown for Component Analysis, Product Analysis, and Cost Comparison.
Develop low-cost products, directly researching, designing, and developing low-cost products.

- Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronics.

- Above 2 years of experience.

* Knowledge Required

Good background in electronic components, power electronics, analog and digital circuits.
Experience in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Pulsonix,…etc.
Familiar with test instruments like Digital Multimeter, AC Source, DC electronics load, power meter, Oscilloscope…etc.
Knowledgeable of product development, manufacturing processes in power supplier, charger products.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
Friendly, teamwork and hardworking.
