The duties and responsibilities of Research Assistant position are included but not limited to:

• Administer the full cycle of student research projects: from promoting grant calls, reviewing/evaluating new proposals, processing funding/reimbursement, to project liquidation;
• Support in preparing necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders;
• Update the research information on the HEMIS platform;
• Support to organize and provide full logistical support for student-focused research competitions and training series;
• Design and disseminate promotional materials (announcements, emails, social media content) for student research opportunities and competition results;
• Provide general logistical support for VGU and department events, conferences, and delegation visits;
• Support the researchers to prepare all related documentation for domestic and international business trips, including processing requests and final liquidation via the SAP/DMS system;
• Execute other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Economics or a relevant field

2. Experiences: At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or research management setting

3. Knowledge:

• Knowledge of administrative processes, project coordination, and financial documentation
• Knowledge on event organizing
• Familiarity with the research environment and regulations (especially those related to student activities) is a plus.

4. Skills

• Good communication both in written and orally
• Good command in using MS Office Software
• Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication and event coordination abilities
• Being careful and attentive to detail
