Key Responsibilities:
Receive project information from clients: Gather project requirements and details from international clients.
Create sketches and approve design drawings: Design product sketches and coordinate with clients to receive feedback, ensuring the product meets requirements.
Propose solutions and respond to client inquiries: Offer design, technical solutions, and address any issues raised by clients.
Develop and implement plans for staff: Create clear plans for production teams to ensure everyone understands the project requirements.
Review design documents and production materials: Ensure Fullsize drawings, Components, Patterns, Routing Molds, Packing guidelines, Carton layouts, AI, and Logo are accurate and aligned with production specifications.
Support production in problem-solving: Provide creative solutions and assist in addressing any challenges during the production process.
Assist suppliers (NCC) in understanding product requirements: Guide suppliers on product specifications and update them when there are changes from clients.
Train new employees: Provide training for new hires on processes and technical skills related to production.
Guide workers in reading technical drawings and identifying materials: Ensure that workers correctly interpret design drawings and identify materials accurately.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in product development, particularly in the furniture industry.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various teams.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings, and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Experience working with international clients and understanding export markets.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
