1. Update training materials regularly to ensure they are consistent with the latest operating procedures and policies, based on company strategy and store needs.
2. Design and develop training courses, including new employee orientation, product knowledge training, sales skills, client server, operation process, etc.
3. Responsible for implementing training courses in each store, and using a variety of training forms (such as face-to-face teaching, online courses, case analysis, etc.) to improve the training effect.
4. Observe and evaluate the performance of trainees, provide feedback and adjust training methods to improve learning outcomes.
5. Design and implement a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism, collect feedback, and continuously improve training courses.
6. Assist the store manager to identify training needs in daily operations and provide corresponding training support.
7. Establish and maintain good communication with regional management, store managers and other related positions, regularly report training progress and results to superiors, and put forward optimization suggestions.
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in retail or training field, and those with chain store training experience are preferred.
2. Fluent in English or Chinese
3. Excellent curriculum design and implementation skills, good at using modern training tools and techniques.
4. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and coach staff effectively.
5. Excellent Time Management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
6. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips.
