Mô tả Công việc

  • Support the development and implementation of the Route to Market (RTM) strategy to optimize distribution coverage and sales efficiency across channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of RTM activities, including coverage, sales productivity, and operating costs.
  • Propose and implement new distribution models tailored to specific regions/channels.
  • Build, maintain, and update the database of distributors, points of sale, and market coverage capacity.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and coverage data to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing to ensure effective and consistent RTM execution.
  • Design periodic reports and analytical dashboards (sell-in, sell-out, outlet coverage, DMS).
  • Support the evaluation and selection of distributors based on operational capability, financial health, and market potential.
  • Monitor and control RTM-related costs.
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends to update and adjust the RTM model accordingly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 02 - 03 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of distribution networks, Route-to-Market strategies, and the unique characteristics of sales channels within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Ability to extract and analyze sales and market data to provide insights and solutions.
  • Skilled in managing and operating DMS/SFA (Sales Force Automation) systems.
