• Support National Manager in administrative tasks, sales report consolidation, and project tracking. • Prepare payment requests (RFP…), schedules, and manage department documents. • Liaise with other departments: HR, Finance, and Marketing for smooth coordination. • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and support internal communication.

Education & Experience • College or University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Office Administration, or related fields. • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or Sales/Marketing support roles (Healthcare/Pharma or FMCG experience is a plus). Skills & Competencies • Proficient in English. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Willing to travel occasionally to support nationwide team activities. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and documentation. • Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
